Shipping Policy

Your goodies will be shipped via the Australia Post Parcel Post service within 1-2 days of us receiving your order and you will be sent an email containing the tracking details.

We offer subsidised shipping rates to the whole of Australia as follows:

$15 FLAT RATE EXPRESS POSTAGE ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA.

International shipping is not available at this stage.

FREE Local Delivery Service to Dunsborough, Yallingup & Busselton on a regular basis. Bunbury & Margaret River by arrangement.

Please don’t expect your order to arrive in fancy packaging as we try and minimise landfill by re-using and recycling any boxes, bags and bubble wrap that we can get our hands on!

Returns & Refunds

If you have any questions or issues with your order please contact us at info@dogsinsync.com.au within 14 days of receipt of item and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

Please note that all our products are 100% natural so items may vary in colour, size, shape and texture to previous orders or other supplier’s products. If you do have any concerns about the products please send us some photos so that we can make an assessment and determine the best course of action.

If the product is damaged or spoiled when you receive it then we will offer a refund or replacement, however if you simply change your mind or your dog doesn’t like the product then we are unable to offer a refund.
