We recommend that our mushroom extracts are initially taken daily for 2-4 weeks and then at least 3 times per week for general health, or continue daily dose if supporting specific conditions.

Dose is up to ¼ tsp per 15kg body weight, once or twice a day. Powder can be added to wet food or we love to mix it into bone broth for an extra boost of goodness!

Always consult your vet before adding nutritional supplements to your dog’s diet, especially if they are pregnant, nursing or receiving treatment or medication for an existing condition.

Our mushroom extracts are:

• Organic

• Wild or semi-wild sourced (excluding Cordyceps)

• Dual-extracted in a process using filtered water and organic rice alcohol (do not confuse dried mushroom powder with dried mushroom EXTRACT powder)

• Free from fillers and additives

• Regularly tested for heavy metals, pesticides & bacteria

• High in beta gluten content (approx 30%)

• Concentrated with a minimum extract ratio of 10:1

• Water soluble in hot water/liquid

Dozer's Blend is designed to provide anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits whilst supporting the immune system, especially in dealing with auto-immune conditions. It is beneficial for young and senior dogs alike, who are struggling with any kind of inflammation.

Please be aware of the following properties of each of the mushrooms included in Dozer's Blend. Whilst the risk of negative interactions or adverse effects is low, we recommend that you always consult with a veterinarian before introducing new supplements, especially if your dog has existing health conditions or is on medication.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)

• Blood-Thinning Effects: Reishi has mild anticoagulant properties, which can increase the risk of bleeding, especially in dogs on blood-thinning medications or with bleeding disorders.

• Immunomodulatory Properties: Reishi can modulate the immune system, potentially interfering with immunosuppressive therapies.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis)

• Hypoglycemic Effects: Cordyceps may lower blood sugar levels, posing risks for dogs with diabetes or those on insulin or other hypoglycemic agents.

• Immunomodulatory Properties: Similar to Reishi, Cordyceps can affect immune function, which may interfere with immunosuppressive treatments.

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus)

• Anticoagulant Properties: Chaga may have blood-thinning effects, which can be problematic for dogs on anticoagulant medications or with bleeding disorders.
